Party Time

On Saturday we went to my cousins son's bday party. Aiden turns 4 tomorrow! here are some pictures from the party.

July 4th

So we had a bad few days last week. Grayson had blood work done and had his elbow was pulled out of place. And put back a few times, pretty sad!!!






But we had a lot of fun on July 4th. It started July 3rd at Busch Gardens to watch the fireworks with our friends, the Martinez family. The kids loved it. Grayson was in awww. We went home and slept, and then woke up to go to Richmond for the day. We headed to the pool with my sister and her family and our step-dad. They had a cookout and games for all, it was fun. That night we went to see fireworks by the baseball diamond. Well the game went into the 14th inning overtime, and the fireworks did not begin until 11:15... we had gotten there at 8pm to have a good spot. My dad, stepmom, grandpa, sister. br0-in law, their 3 kids, our three kids, us and my stepdad all waited for 3 hrs. Yeah the pics are bad, and half the kids fell asleep right before they stared! but we had waited that long we were going to enjoy them! Grayson still says pop pop...witch means fireworks!

Water and Sand

My uncle bought the kids a rocket sprinkler. You hook the hose to the side of it (after you inflate it) and then the water comes through tthe top and fills the pool. The kids love it. They played outside in it for a while the other morning. I didn't get any pics of them in it but of what they chose to do afterwards. The girls both came in had baths and relaxed, Eden watched tv and Olivia played a game on the computer. Grayson decided he wasn't finished outside and headed right for the sand box. So now that he was soaking wet, he was alos covered in sand. The pictures describe it all. You never know what a new will bring!

From Mother's Day weekend/ Easter

I found these pictures on my phone so i decided to add it. It is from Mother's Day weekend. Garrett's mom was in town and we took the girls to have fondue at a local choc place. It is really inexpensive and yummy! Here is a picture of them that should of been added sooner. The bottom picture is all of the cousins at My aunt house after having their annual Easter egg hunt. They are (top row) Eden, Deyani, Isaac, Sanai (Middle row) Haley, Mason, Olivia (bottom row) Isabella, and Grayson. This was the funny face photo too.

Inflatables

We were at Roanoke Bible College this week with the Middle Schoolers. They had borrowed this inflatable obstacle course. The kids loved it! We had a good time, but I am glad to be home. We are playing volleyball tonight, our small group vs another small group from church. Should be interesting. Enjoy the pictures.

Grayson loves music

Yesterday he decided it was much better to play with the toys on top of the train table, not beside it. Today he decided he really needed to rock out with the girls monkey headphones he found with Olivia's shuffle ipod. So we had to catch him in the act. See what's attached to the diaper!

Painting Outside

Today we woke up and had to go out and run some errands. We made it home at 2 and Grayson was down for his nap. They played today while I was at the school I work at on the playground, so they were a bit tired. Olivia has piano lessons today, so she practiced and eden relazed.

After practice the girls wanted to finger paing outside so here are some pics. They also made a sign to welcome home daddy. He will be home late, and left early yesterday morning before they woke up. Enjoy Thursday!
